Lemonade Contributes to Society with Donation of Psychological Care Workbooks
– Donates psychological care workbooks worth KRW 36 million to the Korea Welfare Foundation and Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education
– To be distributed to single-parent families, youths preparing for self-reliance, and special education teachers
August 24, 2023 – Lemonade, a Corporate-Incubated Company (CIC) of Day1 Company (CEO Kangmin Lee), led by CEO Yura Seo, announced that it has donated goods worth KRW 36 million to the Korea Welfare Foundation and the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.
The donated items consist of psychological care workbooks titled “My Personal Mindfulness Counseling Room,” which were produced by Lemonade and authored by professional psychological counselors. The workbook is designed to help learners manage their emotions independently through a curriculum that includes meditation, therapeutic writing, and healing drawings.
According to Lemonade, the goods donated to the Korea Welfare Foundation will be distributed to vulnerable groups, including single-parent families and youths preparing for self-reliance. The workbooks donated to the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education will be provided to special education teachers working with children with disabilities.
