January 24, 2022 – FastCampus, a Corporate-Incubated Company (CIC) of Day1 Company, announced that it achieved KRW 13 billion in revenue for its corporate training division in 2021. This represents a threefold increase compared to 2020 and a 6.5-fold growth compared to 2019.

Since 2016, FastCampus has been offering B2B corporate education services through three main offerings: the Online Education Subscription Service, Custom Corporate Training Solutions, and Online Seminars. The Online Education Subscription Service allows unlimited access to over 20,000 lectures across six fields. The Custom Corporate Training Solutions are tailored to meet the specific needs of each company, including customized training methods and instructors. The Online Seminars focus on delivering expert-led education on the latest industry trends.

FastCampus’ rapid growth in corporate education is attributed to the acceleration of digital transformation across industries due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As companies sought effective remote training, many turned to specialized education providers like FastCampus. The company reported that 83% of corporate training requests were for reskilling and upskilling employees, as job roles became increasingly diversified in response to the new digital environment, making employee retraining essential.

High customer satisfaction and a high contract renewal rate have also been key drivers of growth. Among clients using Custom Corporate Training Solutions, 82% were returning customers. Major companies such as LG Electronics, Hyundai Mobis, Shinhan Card, Amorepacific, and Hana Financial Group are among the corporations utilizing FastCampus’ corporate training services.

FastCampus has also demonstrated the quality of its educational programs through partnerships with government initiatives, including the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s K-Digital Program, Seoul City’s Seoul Youth Internship, and SBA’s Youth Employment Academy (SeSAC). In 2022, the company plans to continue working with these programs to train new talent in the digital sector and provide job placement support.

The most popular topics among corporate employees in 2021 were SQL, Machine Learning Analysis, Python Programming, and Work Automation. Moving forward, FastCampus plans to broaden its course offerings beyond technical training to include leadership, collaboration, and organizational culture—skills essential in the era of digital transformation.

Shin Haedong, CEO of FastCampus CIC, stated, “FastCampus has worked tirelessly to fulfill its mission of providing ‘education that can be applied tomorrow,’ not only in B2C education but also in B2B corporate training. Building on this growth, we will continue to support our clients through successful digital transformations and help their employees quickly enhance their job skills.”
