August 14, 2023 – FastCampus, a Corporate-Incubated Company (CIC) of Day1 Company, announced that its B2B corporate education division achieved revenue of KRW 13 billion in 2021. This represents a threefold increase from 2020 and a 6.5-fold growth compared to 2019.

FastCampus has been offering B2B corporate education services since 2016, providing three main services: Online Education Subscription Service, Custom Corporate Training Solutions, and Online Seminars. The Online Education Subscription Service offers unlimited access to over 20,000 lectures across six fields, while the Custom Corporate Training Solutions provide tailored education programs and instructor selections to match the unique needs of client companies. The Online Seminars focus on delivering content reflecting the latest trends, led by industry experts in a seminar format.

FastCampus’ rapid growth in corporate education is attributed to the accelerated pace of digital transformation across industries due to COVID-19, which has led more companies to seek specialized institutions for effective remote training. In fact, FastCampus’ corporate education division revealed that 83% of training requests were aimed at ‘Reskilling’ and ‘Upskilling’ employees. With job roles diversifying in response to new digital environments, companies are increasingly turning to FastCampus for employee retraining.

High client satisfaction and a high rate of contract renewals from existing customers have also contributed significantly to this growth. For Custom Corporate Training Solutions, nearly 82% of customers are returning clients, including prominent companies like LG Electronics, Hyundai Mobis, Shinhan Card, Amorepacific, and Hana Financial Group.

FastCampus has also proven the excellence of its educational programs by partnering with the government on initiatives such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s K-Digital Program, Seoul City’s Seoul Youth Internship Program, and SBA’s SeSAC, a youth employment training program. In 2022, FastCampus plans to continue working with the government to train and connect outstanding new talent in the digital sector with hiring opportunities.

The most popular courses among corporate employees include SQL, Machine Learning Analysis, Python Programming, and Work Automation. Moving forward, FastCampus aims to expand its course offerings beyond job-specific training to include original content on leadership, collaboration, and organizational culture, topics that are essential in the era of digital transformation.

Shin Haedong, CEO of FastCampus CIC, stated, “FastCampus has consistently worked to fulfill its mission of providing ‘education that can be applied tomorrow,’ not only in B2C education but also in B2B corporate training. Building on this growth, we will continue to lead our client companies through successful digital transformations and help employees quickly enhance their job skills.”
